Creative Property Management is owned by Darren Howell. Darren has been a local resident of Frostburg since 1979.

As a student at Frostburg State University (FSU), he saw the need for quality off campus housing for students so he began Creative Property Management in 1987. Darren began with the purchase of one property and over time he has acquired more than thirty five properties in Frostburg, MD to provide quality housing for 140 students at FSU, at affordable prices. The mission at Creative Property Management has always been to provide top notch service before, during, and after the rental of our apartments and houses. Darren owns all of the rentals that students may lease for their academic career at FSU. The Creative Property Management team consists of Darren, Dawn, and Bill. This team is focused on the complete care and attention to each and every property, and each and every tenant.
