These are Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) that many prospective tenants have previously asked in the past. For any more questions that you may have, please refer to the Lease Agreement document and do not hesitate to reach out to our team.
How Much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is $400.00. This must be paid by the tenant to the landlord. This shall be held by the landlord and will be returned to the tenant at the end of the lease with compliance to the lease agreements. Failure to comply with the agreement will result in the tenants loss of the deposit.
Can I smoke in the apartment?
No, the tenant must acknowledge the entirety of Creative Property Management are smoke free environments.
What to do with existing damages to the property?
We will provide the tenant with a written list of all existing damages to the property if the tenant requests this list in writing within 15 days of occupying their housing.
What if I need maintenance on my apartment?
We aim to keep our property in good repair by maintaining and, if necessary, replacing roofing, security systems, stairs, or windows for our tenants when the damages are not caused by the actions of the tenant or actions of the tenant’s guests. The tenant must cover any damages that are resulted by the themselves or their guests.
